Review business procedures...

Because of our knowledge of what works, what doesn't, and which investments in technology made the user pleased they made the investment, we are in a good position to spot procedures and policies that warrant change.

After years of working with a wide variety of businesses, our experience benefits our clients when they wish to re-engineer the way they handle their day-to-day activities.  To some extent, just having another pair of eyes looking at operations from a different perspective has value.  The goal is to identify ways to decrease costs and improve productivity.  Often, existing procedures don't benefit from cost saving technology - much of which the businesses already own.  It is not uncommon for this exercise to yield measurable results in days.

For some businesses, this evaluation can be done effectively in a matter of a couple of hours.  For others it is a much longer process that is typically done in phases.  In all cases the benefit realized is directly related to how high up in the management hierarchy we are engaged.  Working with the top person gets you top results.  [Next]

bulletIs our computer system the tool it promised to be?
bulletToo much Paperwork?
bulletWould we benefit from remote workers?
bulletIs our Accounting Software adequate to aid us in management?
bulletAre we secure?
bulletIn short, is there a better way?
