We have the ability to view your screen while you are
operating your system.

To Download the small file we will use, simply Click on the button
below, and then when prompted to make a choice, select to
Save It.  For your convenience, Save it to your
Desk Top so you can use it in the future.

If you saved the downloaded file to your desktop,
on your desktop you will see an Icon, yellow with black lettering.
Click on it and select run.  This will install a temporary program
that will remove itself when your help session is complete.

Have you noticed your internet connection or internet accessed
applications are running slowly? A useful tool that can help
identify the problem is the internet speed test. Enter your
email address and zip code below, and click the red Start button.
(Your computer may block this program as a safegaurd. Simply click on
the bar at the top of your screen to allow the blocked content.)


The test will display your download and upload speeds once it
completes. With these results, we can determine or rule out whether your
internet connection is the cause of the slow response. The entering
of personal information, email address and zip code, is used for
data tracking. It will never be sold or used to contact you.
